I’m tired of sweet nothings, broken truths, unfinished promises, and to put it simply; abandonment. Days have passed by and I can’t find one reason to by content with myself, or those that I perceive as trustworthy. 

I’m hesitant of everyone’s motives, and I question everyone’s intentions. Discretion, this front is only being placed as a precaution for deception. 

To be frank, I’m tired of “building bridges” for people, only to find out that they cut the rope, or even worse, light it on fire. 

I’d rather build walls and see who’s willing to climb over them, or better yet — break them down. There’s a discrepancy in opening up to “just anyone” and those you deem worthy of your respect. To hand trust on a silver platter like candy would be foolish of me. 

You have to entrust the right people.
